  • Teach sales support specialists how to identify and develop new business opportunities through warm leads, networking, and other sales techniques
  • Support and help manage the growth of existing accounts through development of strong relationships with customers
  • Provide 3rd level technical support to customers by answering questions and providing solutions
  • Keep in close contact with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company and develop new business
