Requirements
  • Candidate for degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems or Finance. Candidate for graduate degree a plus
  • Strong academic credentials (Minimum GPA of 3.2/4.0)
  • Strong analytical, comprehension and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity when resolving issues
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
  • Superior working knowledge of Excel
  • Intermediate knowledge of VBA, Python, SQL and/or other programming languages.
Responsibilities
  • Work under the supervision of Senior Product Managers on projects and tasks including:
  • Research application of new Gen AI tools to Trepp products and services
  • Research current CRE data providers and how they fit the value chain needs
  • Identify new use-cases for Excel based data integrations and develop new templates
  • Establish productive relationships with internal personnel and clients
  • Assist with quantitative data projects as needed
