Requirements
  • 4–7+ years of experience in go-to-market enablement, revenue enablement, sales enablement, or customer success enablement.
  • Prior experience in business-to-business software-as-a-service sales or sales-adjacent roles, such as quota-carrying sales, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or account management.
  • Proven experience building enablement programs from scratch in a business-to-business software-as-a-service environment.
  • Experience enabling multiple go-to-market roles rather than a single function.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales motions and complex customer buying journeys.
  • Ability to partner credibly with Sales, Revenue, and Customer Success leaders.
  • Strong understanding of how enablement drives execution, adoption, and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong program management skills with a bias toward action and iteration.
  • Hands-on experience using artificial intelligence tools in enablement, sales productivity, or learning contexts.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and deliver enablement programs that support core go-to-market motions across Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success.
  • Create onboarding and ongoing enablement experiences that accelerate time-to-productivity and improve execution readiness.
  • Translate complex product, platform, and accessibility concepts into clear, practical messaging, tools, and resources for customer-facing teams.
  • Enable teams to execute effectively across discovery and value-based conversations, product positioning and objection handling, customer onboarding and early adoption, and expansion and renewal readiness.
  • Develop playbooks, frameworks, and role-based resources for real customer interactions.
  • Coach individual contributors on go-to-market skills such as discovery, messaging, customer conversations, and risk identification.
  • Partner with frontline managers to reinforce enablement through manager-led coaching, deal reviews, and account reviews.
  • Provide leaders with practical coaching frameworks and enablement tools to support skill reinforcement.
  • Partner with the Global Training & Enablement team to deliver cohesive, aligned enablement programs.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Product, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
  • Influence without authority by aligning stakeholders around common goals and practical, deliverable solutions.
  • Use artificial-intelligence-powered tools to accelerate content creation, coaching support, and learning reinforcement.
  • Pilot and operationalize artificial-intelligence-enabled workflows that help teams learn faster and execute more consistently.
  • Partner with enablement leadership to test and scale responsible, practical artificial intelligence use cases.
  • Track enablement impact using metrics tied to ramp time, adoption, execution quality, and field feedback.
  • Build feedback loops with go-to-market leaders and managers to continuously improve content and programs.

BiblioCommons is expanding its commitment to accessible digital library experiences through a three-year partnership with Level Access, an independent provider of digital accessibility solutions and services. The partnership brings independent evaluation, expert guidance, and validation to help BiblioCommons continue advancing accessibility across its products. Accessibility has long been part of how BiblioCommons designs, develops, and tests digital experiences for public libraries and the communities they serve. Through the partnership, BiblioCommons is adding a structured program of independent audits, remediation, and ongoing evaluation to its existing accessibility practices. "Libraries have always been committed to making information and services accessible to everyone in their communities, including their digital spaces," said Yasmary Mora, Director of Product at BiblioCommons. "As libraries prepare for Title II compliance, they need confidence that the technology they rely on is evolving alongside accessibility requirements. Level Access will conduct a comprehensive accessibility audit across BiblioCommons' digital library platform and provide guidance to inform remediation priorities. The first audit cycle is underway and will continue over the coming months, followed by remediation supported and validated by Level Access accessibility experts and testers, including testers with disabilities. BiblioCommons will publish an updated Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) informed by the independent audit, along with a product accessibility roadmap outlining planned remediation work and timelines. This audit-to-remediation cycle will be repeated annually throughout the three-year partnership, allowing BiblioCommons to assess progress, respond to evolving accessibility standards, and inform ongoing improvements. BiblioCommons continues to strengthen the accessibility of existing products toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, while new product development targets WCAG 2.2 standards.
