What you'll do:
- Using statistical tools, assist in the evaluation and optimization of our processes and products
- Perform inspections and create reports summarizing results and methods utilized
- Define and execute requirements for gauging and inspection methods for instruments utilized with frequency
- Guide the plant inspectors in their daily activities related to inspection, testing, and problem resolution
- Assist in the maintenance of quality systems and problem-solving efforts

What you'll need to have:
- Desired: Bachelor’s degree in quality, packaging or related field preferred
- Required minimum 5 years of experience in quality preferred in a manufacturing environment
- Experience managing projects and supervising people
