  • B.A. degree OR equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 2-3 years in a professional services role, project management experience,and/or HR experience OR 1-2 years in a resource planning/coordinating role
  • Familiarity with public accounting, a plus
  • Excellent time management, prioritization and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent client service, learning agility, data analytical, and change management skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees from entry level to partners
  • Remote position, however, there are opportunities to work in one of our office locations if preferred

Responsibilities
  • Drive greater efficiency in resource deployment by providing business stakeholders with visibility/options of resource capacity, capabilities, and conflict resolution
  • Coordinate and lead departmental scheduling meetings to address resource needs, conflicts, and any other issues
  • Monitor unassigned resources
  • Monitor over-and-underutilized staff and determine appropriate resources or solutions to balance workload
  • Coordinate roll off assignments for termed/LOA employees
  • Use scheduling tool, Retain, and reports to forecast hours needed, track actual v. scheduled utilization, and monitor total headcount
  • Analyze weekly staff schedules and availability reports for solutions
  • Analyze report findings of projected utilization and billable hours variances
  • Continuously build strong relationships with managers and staff to drive resourcing initiatives, including maintaining skills matrix
  • Balancing the needs of staff and clients for the purpose of maximizing utilization and the experience of the staff
  • Review staff utilization/headcount report with Resource Manager and Resource Director and discuss plans to address efficiency
  • Monitor employee project performance by having an open dialogue with staff and updating RM leadership team and HR
  • Interact with HR staff firm-wide to coordinate new hire schedules, training schedules, and other HR related activity including performance evaluations
  • Onboard new employees on scheduling policies and procedures
  • Ad-hoc projects as requested
Desired Qualifications
  • Strong computer skills - Outlook, Excel, Word; Ability and desire to master resourcing software (Retain), experience with CXP, Microsoft Dynamics and Star is a plus
