  • Minimum of 7 years working in the financial crimes compliance function of a highly regulated financial institution or gaming company
  • Experience in a strategy and governance role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Well organized and efficient self-starter
  • Exceptional team builder and team player
Responsibilities
  • Work with the Senior Director of Financial Crimes Compliance to develop and execute annual plans and strategic initiatives
  • Independently identify opportunities for program enhancement
  • Manage the existing Financial Crimes Compliance Strategy & Governance Team
  • Develop policies, procedures, job guides, and training materials
  • Implement a program to uplift team member subject matter expertise
  • Manage audits, exams, compliance tests, and other programmatic inquiries
  • Oversee the development of a quality assurance function within the Financial Crimes Compliance team
  • Represent the Financial Crimes Compliance Team in meetings with internal and external partners
  • Participate in meetings with senior leadership
  • Work with the Financial Crimes Compliance operational teams to enhance existing metrics and reporting
  • Identify and participate in opportunities to increase the visibility of FanDuel’s Financial Crimes Compliance Team
