Requirements
  • Active Secret clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship with no dual citizenship is required due to agency and contract requirements.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HRIS development and administration is required.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and ADP, as well as SQL, is required.
  • Experience with data reporting and analytics is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail are required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with HR and IT teams.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement HRIS solutions to streamline HR processes and improve data management.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system specifications.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure system integrity and performance.
  • Maintain and update HRIS documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff on how to effectively use the HRIS.
  • Stay up to date with HRIS trends and technology advancements to recommend enhancements.
  • Work with external vendors to manage software updates and upgrades.
