Job Description
As an Assistant branch manager, you will support in oversee daily operations to ensure the branch is profitable and efficient, manage our fleet of vehicle, handle customer service request, train and lead a team of rental assistants and drivers, and drive sales and business development initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing the fleet, ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring financial targets and maintaining property, asset condition and covering the branch in the absence of the branch manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Ensure the efficient daily operation of the branch, including managing the vehicle fleet and maintaining assets and facilities.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment and achieving high performance standards.
- Financial Performance: Monitor and manage financial targets, including increasing revenue and rental margins, controlling operational costs, and preparing financial reports.
- Fleet Management: Manage the vehicle fleet, ensuring availability, matching vehicles with customer needs, and coordinating maintenance.
- Asset Custody: Act as the custodian of company assets, including cash receipts and rental assets, and manage accounts receivable.
