Who we are looking for
The Retiree Services Department is looking for an operations officer candidate to assist with activates related to our benefit payment system migration project and also with current and future state Retiree Services operations, including new business implementations.
What you will be responsible for
As Client Implementation and Service Officer you will
- Participate in project management and execution of our benefit payment system migration project
- Assist with requirement definition, documentation and functional development
- Participate in business testing including test case design and execution, and defect documentation
- Liaise with system vendor; manage vendor deliverables
- Develop future state vendor oversight and operating model
- Perform vendor service level monitoring
- Support daily vendor oversight activities
- Assess daily benefit payment operations conducted by vendor
- Build operational control structure; identify operational risks, propose mitigating controls
- Document of SOPs, process flows other business operations support documentation
- Support daily Retiree Services operations where applicable
- Data gathering and analysis where applicable
- Assist with new benefit payment client implementation tasks including
- Development of data conversion specifications
- Reconciliation of converted participant payment totals
- Tracking and execution of required client and internal documentation
- Ability to demonstrate RS online client/participant portals

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in project environment
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint required, Visio & MS Project helpful

Salary Range:
$60,000 - $90,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
