- A high school degree or GED.
- Ability to stand, bend, and twist throughout the complete shift.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with co-workers, vendors, and customers.
- Ability to adhere to all safety policies, including wearing a safety harness and other required equipment.
- Ability to continually lift 50–100 pounds of material throughout the day, with some lifting over 100 pounds required.
- A clean driving record.
- Receive materials in the warehouse, load trucks, and process inventory.
- Make occasional deliveries in the company pickup truck.
- Load trucks with material scheduled for the day’s deliveries in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations for securing materials and distributing weight limits.
- Provide customer service.
- Double-check all loads for accuracy and ensure they are thoroughly secured for delivery.
- Provide warehouse support, including shipping and receiving.
- Pull orders for walk-in customers.
- Work Monday through Friday, with overtime during the busy season as needed.
- Forklift experience.
