Responsibilities
  • Understand each client’s business goals and tailor the onboarding experience to align with their needs
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, relaying information between clients and internal teams
  • Ensure all project timelines, deliverables, and action items are clearly communicated and completed on schedule
  • Proactively educate clients on processes, tools, and strategies to set them up for success
  • Identify and communicate when client requests are outside the agreed scope and coordinate solutions with management
  • Address and resolve client concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Document onboarding progress, milestones, and client feedback to ensure continuous improvement

Herringbone Digital acquires BluShark Digital to scale legal marketing agency

Herringbone Digital has acquired BluShark Digital, a Washington DC-based legal marketing and local search agency specialising in helping law firms dominate competitive local markets. BluShark will continue operating under its own brand with existing leadership intact. Founded over a decade ago, BluShark has earned recognition including B2B Agency of the Year at the US Agency Awards and five consecutive appearances on the Inc. 5000 list. The company has built a repeatable approach to local market dominance through geo-expansion strategy and competitive positioning. The acquisition adds BluShark to Herringbone Digital's growing legal vertical. Founder Seth Price and President David Brenton will remain actively involved, with Price joining Herringbone's board. The partnership aims to expand resources in engineering, data and AI whilst maintaining BluShark's core service model.
