Naval Acquisition Program Analyst

As a Naval Acquisition Program Analyst, you know that both sides of the acquisition and contracts lifecycle are pivotal to your clients’ missions. We’re looking for someone like you to be a liaison to the government. Bring your passion to support pre- and post-award federal contracts and improve the processes that defend our nation. As a Naval Acquisition Program Analyst, you’ll support a blended role of Program Management and Acquisition. At Booz Allen, you’ll work closely with our defense clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of all they need for optimal end strength and ensuring that their mission is our mission. This is an opportunity to impact our country’s defense acquisition and contract process.
You’ll support the coordination of activities within the program as well as subcontractor personnel, managing program activities to ensure appropriate monthly progress and financial performance reports and financial reports are accurate and complete. You’ll provide acquisition expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates impacting each project’s success. From creating and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining concurrence, you’ll deliver meaningful acquisition support.

You Have:
5+ years of experience with contract management
Experience with using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to recommend strategies for program execution
Ability to be a self-starter and multitask in a fast-paced environment
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Contractor Support to the Navy
Experience with the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF) and its pathways
Experience with drafting acquisition documents, including Acquisition Strategies and Acquisition Program Baseline (APB)
Knowledge of DoD Acquisition, including touchpoints with all functional fields, including contracting, budget, engineering, and testing
PMP Certification
CFCM or CCCM Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
