Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with contract management
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to recommend strategies for program execution
  • Ability to be a self-starter and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with Contractor Support to the Navy
  • Experience with the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF) and its pathways
  • Experience with drafting acquisition documents, including Acquisition Strategies and Acquisition Program Baseline (APB)
  • Knowledge of DoD Acquisition, including touchpoints with all functional fields, including contracting, budget, engineering, and testing
  • PMP Certification
  • CFCM or CCCM Certification
Responsibilities
  • support the coordination of activities within the program as well as subcontractor personnel
  • managing program activities to ensure appropriate monthly progress and financial performance reports and financial reports are accurate and complete
  • provide acquisition expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates impacting each project’s success
  • create and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
  • obtain concurrence
  • deliver meaningful acquisition support
