Your Mission

We are looking for talented students to join our team between September and March. All Co-Op participants will working alongside professional developers doing similar work on the game titles. We’ll provide the tools and resources you need to learn new skills/technology while you collaborate with some of the best in the gaming industry. The challenging and creative work you do throughout your Co-Op will directly impact the team you are contributing to.

All Co-Ops will be conducted in person. Hosting managers will determine when and how often Co-Op participants work in the office Monday-Friday. All Co-Op participants will have the option to opt into relocation services (flights, trains, or car mileage reimbursement). Additionally, all Co-Op participants will be provided with a living stipend to supplement housing, utility, and commuting.

What You Bring ToThe Table

Engineering Co-Op:

Work on console, PC, and mobile titles to solve problems within rendering architecture, systems programming, GPU microcode, procedural geometry, ray-tracing, and performance analysis and optimization.

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements:

Experience

1+ year of working experience with C++

Knowledge and Skills Player Profile

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s and graduating between December 2025 and June 2026.

Experience with at least one game-related domain (graphics, networking, embedded systems)

Multi-threading, optimization (rendering and systems), and computer architecture are a plus

Practical facility in at least oneadditional language like Python or Rust

Comprised of seven main teams, we have many specialties including big data, privacy and security, motion capture and animation pipeline technologies, graphics, build and infrastructure for studio development and data centers, optimization, systems programming and online services including matchmaking and networking. In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $19.71 - $36.42 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
