Requirements
  • Experience managing a talent operations function, preferably in a high-growth environment
  • Experience working closely with company leaders and driving positive outcomes across multiple departments
  • Expertise designing, implementing, and managing scalable TA programs, processes, and systems
  • A metrics-based approach to drive operational excellence in all facets of the TA
  • B.A./B.S. Degree or equivalent
Responsibilities
  • Establish foundational pillars and best practices to enable the TA Team to successfully scale with the growth of the company
  • Design, implement, and drive talent ops initiatives, partnering closely with team members across TA
  • Partner closely with department leaders to strategically plan and tactically execute on various TA programs/initiatives
  • Support various areas of the TA function and drive a cohesive, high-performing platform that enables both current productivity as well as future scale and success
