The Data Services Solution Architect will focus on solution-level decisions, analysis and development having impact on overall business goals and outcomes. The candidate will be responsible for driving the technical solutions to solve existing business problems within the Professional Services organization and work with the Director of Data Services to outline the strategic technology direction. The right candidate will have an expert level knowledge of SQL Server, current ETL technologies and development processes. In addition, the candidate will have the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Most importantly, the ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a willingness to go the extra mile in order to satisfy the customer’s needs and assist them in whatever way possible.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities:
- Provide architecture expertise while collaboratively working with stakeholders in all areas of the business and IT to help achieve company objectives
- Link technology and business perspectives to deliver value to Brightree customers
- Forge a link between the existing enterprise architecture and the needs of Data Services
- Build a solid relationship between Product Management, IT and Data Services.
- Create prototypes and demonstrate innovative and effective solutions that align with Brightree’s objectives and maintain competitive market advantage
- Provide clear guidance and assistance on moving from current state architecture towards the future state through collaboration and/or architectural roadmaps/runways
- Communicate and consult with key accounts and customers in non-technical language regarding capabilities of Data Services
- Resolve first level customer escalations
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related field required; or equivalent experience
- Must have minimum of 8 years of SQL Server skills at an expert level.
- Expertise with current ETL process and concepts minimum years
- Expertise and past experience in .NET Software Development
- Experience executing on pre-built SSIS/DTS packages to check data and migrate data to/from data staging tables in SQL
- Must be able to write select, update, delete, and insert statements with multiple table joins
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to communicate ideas and opportunities to stakeholders in non-technical language
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills
- Strong project, product management collaboration and team building skills
- Ability to commercialize thru mentoring the Data Services team to drive Customer Success.
- Ability to work in a continually changing, customer-focused environment
- Able to balance multiple high-priority deliverables
Preferred:
- Experience with HME software a plus

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role may be eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.
At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is:

- 118,000.00 - 148,000.00 - 178,000.00 USD Annual
