Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design and refinement of interactive behaviors for web.
  • Work directly with web engineering team to create, refine and scale implementation of the brand system for ramp.com
  • Manage and update interactive brand library
  • Balance great UX with a high craft bar
  • Work closely with our Eng team to translate company strategy into new initiatives that target high leverage opportunities
  • Collaborate with the rest of the design team to evolve our long-term brand vision, design systems, brand guidelines, and internal design collaboration process.
  • Collaborate with other Brand team members in crits and weekly standups to improve interactive work on ramp.com.
  • Maintain organization within working files, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prototype designs in Figma, present work to cross-functional partners, and participate in design reviews to refine ideas through feedback
  • Stay updated with the latest design tools and techniques while collaborating with producers to move projects forward
