Requirements
  • 2 - 3 years of facilities work experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Express
  • Organized and able to multi-task
  • Able to work independently and complete necessary tasks without consistent supervision
  • Outgoing personality with a positive 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent service mentality
  • Ability to work weekends when necessary

Responsibilities
  • Daily restocking of office and kitchen supplies
  • Daily walk through of office space to maintain the appearance of the office
  • Address facility related employee requests and concerns
  • Track inventory and coordinate delivery of office and kitchen supplies
  • Create purchase orders for supplies
  • Place orders and obtain proper approval for vendor orders
  • Set up food/drinks/refreshments for meetings
  • Clean up food/drinks/refreshments for meetings
  • Maintain and cultivate a working relationship with the building landlord
  • Maintenance of office equipment
  • Facilitate all internal moves and set up of new hires (supplies, etc.)
  • Sorting and distribution of incoming mail and packages
