  • 15+ years of relevant experience ideally in a tech or consulting environment
  • 7+ years of people management experience
  • Strong business acumen and executive presence
  • Ability to drive data driven decisions from discovery to implementation
  • Able to break down problems of all different types in a structured fashion and identify the key issues to solve
  • Works well under pressure, with ruthless prioritization and timely and transparent communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work well with Sales as well as other internal cross functional teams such as finance, legal, pricing
  • An eye for detail, but also an ability to refer back to the big picture
Responsibilities
  • Set the vision and own the strategic roadmap and change management actions across GTM
  • Monitor the progress, health, and sustainability of the overall strategy
  • Build a deep understanding of each area of the business to drive short-term improvement and long-term value
  • Thought leadership/white papers development and maintenance of external benchmark dataset
  • Recognize opportunities to drive process improvements and instill data driven mentality across teams
  • Exhibit sound business judgment, strong collaboration and analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership to influence results
  • Move quickly from understanding big picture to delving into details and taking action
