Requirements
  • A non-judgmental and respectful approach when working with individuals who present for services with urgent and multiple case management and health needs
  • Professionalism and mature judgement
  • High level of motivation and self-starting demeanor
  • Capability of working in a fast-paced environment demonstrating the necessary time-management, organizational skills, multitasking skills to work effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals and build successful collaborative relationships with program participants, staff, and community partners
  • Ability to maintain and execute confidential information according to HIPAA and all other applicable policies and standards
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment

  • Be able and willing to work flexible hours which may include evenings or weekends
  • Have employment eligibility verification
  • Have or be able and willing to obtain CPR/First Aid training
  • Provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience providing direct services to vulnerable individuals
  • Lived experience demonstrating successful recovery with issues related to homelessness, mental health, substance use challenges, and/or criminal justice involvement which can be utilized to support individuals impacted by the criminal justice system and enhance effectiveness of services by informing service models and/or supporting clients through shared personal experiences
  • Peer Support Certification through Recovery International or NAMI either completed or in progress to be completed within twelve (12) months of hire
