  • 5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years of managing Sales Agents
  • Possession of a Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines (PL) license
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and performance metrics
  • Proficiency with sales software (CRM) and reporting tools
  • Ability to work one Saturday shift every 8 weeks
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: Call/Contact Center experience, capability to work 9am-6pm CST shift, bilingual ability (Spanish preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans
  • Coaching and managing Sales Agents
  • Meeting/exceeding target performance plan
  • Providing data reporting and analysis
  • Establishing relationships with key personnel
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Assisting in recruiting, onboarding, and training new Sales Agents
