Requirements
- Current LPN License in North Carolina or RN License in North Carolina in good standing
- Experience working with senior adults
- Provide daily supervision to assigned staff and directly provide nursing care to residents on Skilled Nursing Unit
- Identify resident medical and behavioral changes, and report to MD accordingly
- Medication administration and reordering of medications
- Ability to work independently and interact effectively with co-workers and supervisors
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Ability to multi-task, solve problems effectively and provide resident-focused care
- Excellent attendance record and time management skills
