Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to enable the Product team to build high impact features by providing clarity about our users, their problems, their use cases, and their journey.
  • Develop and refine our user personas and define their customer journeys.
  • Define Scribe’s product positioning for our target market across our single user and multi-user plans.
  • Translate Scribe’s positioning into clear and compelling messaging that resonates with our target market at a functional and emotional level.
  • Ensure Scribe’s messaging turns into resonant website copy, social content, sales collateral, blog content and emails across the customer journeys.
  • Conduct competitive research to enable the User Acquisition (growth) team with competitor messaging and pricing and packaging suggestions.
  • Lead and measure product launches in close partnership with the Product team, User Acquisition team (growth), and Sales team.
  • Support go-to-market planning, execution and reporting including the development of channel and direct sales tools, sales training and enablement, marketing campaign assets, and customer adoption assets.
