You will directly contribute to the store’s success by having an unparalleled ability to multitask operational duties such as inventory count, product replenishment, and stock room organization while also providing a premium guest service experience when on the sales floor.

​​What you’ll do:

• Support the customer experience by managing stock and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment and reliable data for cycle counts

• Processes new deliveries and customers shipments

• Manage inventory controls and shrink, using our inventory management system

• Deliver a memorable experience to each and every customer in a way that is uniquely Away whenever needed on the sales floor

• Represent our brand and our core values

• Work in-store programs and events as needed

• Maintain the integrity of the space and uphold our standard operating procedures

Who you are:

• Inventory experience in a retail environment is extremely beneficial, but not required

• Excellent communicator with a passion for people

• Comfortable working with all types of personalities

• Maintains cool under pressure

• An effective and expedient problem-solver with a keen attention to detail

• Team player with a "no task is too small" attitude

• Enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

• Passionate about transforming travel (but that’s a given!)

• Ability to pull, push, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds throughout the duration of a work shift

• Ability to stand/be on feet for extended periods of time throughout the duration of a work shift

• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach as needed throughout the duration of a work shift

Compensation Package:

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards program that also includes benefits, bonus, equity and various social and professional investment opportunities at Away. Pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including scope and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Away employees. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Away to fall healthily within the range based on these factors.
