Requirements
  • 4+ years of proven working experience in product management
  • Proven track record of successfully owning and delivering impactful consumer-facing experiences
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner is a plus
  • Management experience is a plus
  • Comfort or experience in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Highly analytical; experience using excel, Amplitude, Tableau of similar analytical tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive the discovery of WeWork products
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions
  • Drive Member Satisfaction and revenue through innovative digital experiences
  • Collaborate with PMs, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on member and business impact
  • Translate business requirements into clear product requirements
  • Maintain feedback loops from internal stakeholders and users
  • Ensure high productivity and predictability by practicing agile methodologies
  • Measure metrics to analyze product data and derive insights
  • Respond to issues raised during the rollout & maintenance of features
  • Document and communicate feature updates to stakeholders
  • Create product overviews for support and community
  • Conduct user experience testing and research
  • Mentor and guide junior PMs
