Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in business or product operations & strategy, process improvement, or related fields
  • Strong oral and written communication skills – including the ability to develop and deliver complex messages in a simple, actionable way

  • Previous eCommerce or Retail experience; operations or customer experience roles a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area or 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area with 2 years’ supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
  • Improving team operational discipline and business performance through setting clear process and documentation standards around technology planning cadences and business reviews
  • Developing and enhancing program management processes and tools to improve transparency and efficiency across the team
  • Instilling and reinforcing accountability and timely execution
  • Bringing clarity to fulfillment performance related to team initiatives and organizational decisions
  • Integrating AI into ways of working to streamline and automate
  • Defining long-term vision and technology strategy around the capabilities needed to deliver best in class fulfillment experiences
  • Leading key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization
  • Communicating roadmaps and priorities and collaborating across business areas for roadmap prioritization
  • Ensuring business & cross-functional partner needs are met by evaluating ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives
  • Seeking patents to protect innovative ideas and products
  • Promoting and supporting company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
