Optiver is a market maker that enhances financial market efficiency by providing liquidity, allowing assets to be bought or sold easily without affecting their prices. The company trades various financial instruments, including stocks and derivatives, across over 50 exchanges worldwide, primarily serving institutional clients like banks and hedge funds. Using proprietary trading strategies and advanced algorithms, Optiver captures profits from the small differences between buying and selling prices, known as the spread.
