Responsibilities
  • Assessing, incubating, developing and executing Subsidiary Oversight strategies while building and managing complex relationships and driving operational performance.
  • Collaborates with the Subsidiary and HCSC Operations leaders to establish strategic opportunities aligned with corporate goals, local plan objectives, changing demands of the marketplace, and regulatory and legislative requirements for ongoing performance improvement of subsidiaries.
  • Advises during strategy implementation and develops processes and tools to support iterative evaluation of value delivered.
  • Works with subsidiary on key performance indicators that showcase the overall health of the subsidiary and executes mitigation strategies when metrics miss targets.
