Apartment Maintenance Technician

AMLI Residential has a Maintenance Technician opening at AMLI Joya

As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of the apartment building and grounds. Duties include:

• Perform general and higher level maintenance services such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights.
• Per policy, conduct inspections as required, and participate in preventative maintenance, including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections. 
• Clean work area, tools, and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and the management company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training.
• On Call and weekend availability is required.
• EPA Refrigerant Certified (type 1 and 2 or Universal) or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.

• Asistir en tareas de pintura y reparación de paneles de yeso.

• Responder a las solicitudes de servicio de los residentes de manera rápida y eficiente.

• Participar en el sistema de guardias rotativas, incluyendo noches y fines de semana.

Requisitos:

• Experiencia en mantenimiento y reparación en pintura, paneles de yeso, electricidad básica y plomería

• Certificación HVAC requerida
