- A technical qualification at BEP, BAC Pro, or BTS level in industrial maintenance, construction equipment maintenance, agricultural equipment maintenance, or a related technical field is required.
- Previous experience in a similar position is required.
- Knowledge of construction and public works equipment is required.
- Ensure the technical, safety, and presentation compliance and condition of equipment offered for rental.
- Organize workshop work, including schedules, interventions, and repairs.
- Maintain and repair equipment, diagnose breakdowns, perform on-site troubleshooting when necessary, and inspect subcontractor interventions and repairs.
- Plan the activities of the workshop and fleet team, conduct a weekly fleet inspection with the fleet manager, and provide or arrange training for the workshop team when necessary.
- Prepare quotations and supplier purchase orders.
- Check the conformity of purchased parts and services upon receipt.
- Schedule periodic maintenance and regulatory inspections with customers and manage their follow-up.
- Keep workshop activity records up to date, including revision checklists, equipment records, and intervention reports.
- Prepare progress reports comparing completed work with established objectives.
- Manage the stock of parts and consumables.
- Participate in the evaluation of local suppliers.
- A recognized professional background in technical maintenance is desirable.
- Customer service orientation and teamwork skills are desirable.
