Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Guide artists in developing social media content strategies that align with their brand and resonate with audiences on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Snap, and Twitter/X.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, memes, and viral challenges, and share real-time insights with artists to inform their content.
  • Work closely with artists to brainstorm, plan, and execute content ideas that highlight their personality and music while leveraging trends.
  • Advise artists on platform-specific best practices to maximize reach and engagement (e.g., format, timing, captions, and hashtags).
  • Track the performance of artist content and campaigns, providing feedback and optimization strategies to increase impact.
  • Empower artists with the tools and knowledge needed to confidently manage their social media presence and engage authentically with fans.
  • Partner with digital marketing and creator marketing teams to align artist content with larger campaign objectives.
  • Provide artists with recommendations for influencer collaborations and partnerships to boost visibility.
