  • 3+ years of sales experience (Preferably in SaaS)
  • Proven success in closing deal sizes of $100k in ARR or more and a consistent track record of hitting quarterly and yearly goals
  • Effective in dealing with C-suite of mid market to enterprise organizations
  • Experience with generating pipeline by cold calling and prospecting
  • Understanding of sales process and move accounts through sales stages effectively
  • Positive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals
  • Proven track-record creating highly targeted campaigns and messaging
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience and positively influence the outcome
  • Maintain and expand your list of assigned prospects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving passion and service orientation
  • Experienced with Salesforce CRM preferred
Responsibilities
  • Educate customers on the value of Aisera in a consultative way
  • Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Aisera buying cycle
  • Qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling and prospecting for mid-market and some enterprise organizations
  • Prospect cold leads to generate interest and new contacts to fill your funnel
  • Research accounts, identify key players and build relationships
  • Demonstrate our innovative AI Service Management solution and align value to customers pain points
  • Maintain and expand your list of assigned prospects while generating pipeline for the business
