- Ability to work with a multi-tier, high-scale, high-performance server architectures product that supports a high volume of concurrent users in an object oriented language, such as C#, C++, or Java
- Use various storage technologies (such as SQL/No-SQL) and data streaming technologies (such as Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Be a part of a collaborative culture where everyone is a supported member of the team working towards a common set of goals
- Communicate with customers of different technical and non-technical backgrounds to help them navigate technology and achieve their goals
- Design and build game services technology, starting from the perspective of the player experience
- Deliver production-quality code, workflows, and tools across multiple tech stacks in C++ and C# codebases
- Provide technical guidance to teammates and product leadership
- Interest in or experience with “games as a service” online game development
