- Core expertise in LTE radio access networks, including E-UTRAN and base-station (eNodeB) design.
- Hands-on domain experience with MAC, scheduler, RLC, PDCP, RRC, Layer 1, and NAS protocol areas.
- Experience understanding customer requirements and designing complete modules.
- Experience with RRM, SON, CAC, QoS, scheduling, and system modeling.
