Join Archer to manage the development and execution of the vertiport product line as the head of real estate development. In addition to the future business, lead optimization efforts on our existing real estate portfolio targeting cost and space efficiencies across workspace, lab, and manufacturing spaces. This roll will lead real estate transactions, provide executive-level reporting, and ensure the portfolio aligns with world-class operating standards. The head of real estate development is critical in shaping Archer’s real estate strategy of both the existing business as well as future vertiport networks, reporting to the Chief Infrastructure Officer. At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $235,000 - $290,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
