The Role:
You will work closely with customers and partners to enable a seamless experience for members between their employer, health plan, and other benefits providers. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop a holistic strategy for health data integration. You’ll be responsible for:
- Working directly with health plan and employer contacts to interoperate with Carrot
- Owning and implementing the roadmap for key portions of Carrot’s strategy for health data integration
- Understanding the needs of internal stakeholders in our Business Intelligence, Care Navigation, Customer Success, and Clinical teams to enable effective data flow
- Working with Engineering and Design colleagues to plan and execute projects that expand our current capabilities
- Investigating and triaging key issues and making prioritization decisions on how best to support our members and internal teams
The Team
Carrot’s Product team sits at the nexus of many functions across the organization and is fast-moving, adaptable, and highly collaborative. In this role, you’ll report to and work closely with the Directly of Product Management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Expertise in integrating health data
- 2-3 years of product management experience at a fast-growing tech company
- An analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving and prioritization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to quickly understand and communicate complex ideas to a diverse range of audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with health plan integrations (e.g. integrating eligibility and claims data)
- Experience working closely with commercial teams and/or clients for integration delivery
Compensation:
Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The expected base salary for this position will range from $112,000 - $154,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
