Requirements
  • Law Degree strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with Hedge Fund and Asset Manager structures
Responsibilities
  • Draft, negotiate and manage the various trading agreements with a primary focus on ISDA Master Agreements, Reg IM and Prime Brokerage
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, front office sales and account management, legal counsel, credit risk management, tax, and other departments, to ensure a successful onboarding experience
  • Serve as the Documentation Relationship Manager for a portfolio of high priority clients, as 'quarterback' for the transactional suite to ensure that transactions are executed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Liaise with internal partners and marketers/traders to accurately reflect the necessary credit and business terms in the transactional suite while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations and bank guidelines and policies
  • Proactively maintaining up to date knowledge on any developments in the relevant coverage area
  • Updating of Bank systems including the documentation system of record
  • Involvement in special projects as and when required
