Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or Employment Law
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex employee relations projects and HR compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to earn trust, dive deep and work successfully on a broad spectrum of employee and labor relations issues and business challenges
  • A very strong grounding in US labor and employment law, inclusive of investigative practices; experience with international investigations and discipline processes preferred
  • Passion for Talent Management and the Central Investigations processes
  • Strong project manager, capable of independently owning large-scale, network-wide projects
  • Demonstrates an inclusive leadership style and a commitment to equality
  • Experience developing high performing teams
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects of significant scope, complexity, and of a highly sensitive nature
Responsibilities
  • Work hand in hand with the Director to support implementation of new centralized ER model
  • Lead global ER projects and strategic initiatives
  • Lead HR compliance projects in the Americas
  • In coordination with the Director, support and advise regional leaders and global ER team in complex investigations and highly sensitive HR and Employee Relations issues
  • Conduct investigative casework from end-to-end, inclusive of interviewing, data/evidence analysis, disciplinary/remedial action adjudication, and report writing
