The expected salary range for this position is $126,936.00 to $150,070.00. Responsibilities
  • BBA/BS degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, accounting, finance, math or related field
  • CPA, CIA, CISA, CRISC, CRMA or related certification preferred
  • Facilitate the identification, assessment and management of risks within specific business areas and/or top-down across the enterprise
  • Analyze and interpret risk-related data and other relevant information in order to measure and monitor key risks
  • Conduct ad-hoc risk analysis (e.g., root cause, business impact) - as directed by management, the Executive Compliance Committee; the Audit and Risk Committee; the Board; or other key stakeholders - to help develop proactive risk management strategies
  • Identify and analyze emerging industry trends, both positive and negative, to enhance the company's “early warning systems.”
  • Assist in the design/enhancement of methodologies to conduct risk assessments, monitor key risks and facilitate risk mitigation in alignment with the company's strategic objectives and operational projects/processes
  • Lead development of risk reporting; work directly with contributors to collect, synthesize, and validate details and develop executive-level summaries
  • Support communication and training of business associates throughout the company on risk management terminology and processes; help business leaders to effectively execute their role within ERM processes in a manner which enhances the company's overall risk culture and risk management capabilities
  • Serve as the liaison and “face of” the ERM department to various stakeholders across the organization
  • Develop and maintain a business recovery plan and procedure; reviews, revises, and expands existing plans and protocols
  • Conduct BCP risk assessments for various departments and functions, analyzing potential business impact of unpredictable business interruptions such as natural disasters, security breach, legal claims, and market disruptions
  • Ensure that the proper planning and testing have been carried out to facilitate the timely recovery to normal business operations, including relocation to an alternate facility
  • Works with senior management and appropriate business units to prioritize DR/BCP critical systems and initiatives
  • Coordinate recovery exercises including regularly scheduled application / business continuity testing
  • Develop and provide staff training on risk management and disaster recovery
  • Define and maintain policies and SOPs for ERM and BCP framework processes and components
  • Perform other duties and/or tasks as requested by management
