Vibrant ABA delivers in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism in New York and North Carolina, focusing on underprivileged families and Medicaid access. How it works: an intake coordinator guides families, a BCBA conducts an in-depth assessment, and a tailored, evidence-based treatment plan is created. A behavior technician then delivers therapy in the child’s home, with active involvement and training of parents and caregivers to apply ABA principles beyond sessions. Clinicians are supported through mentorship, free CEUs, robust training before starting work, and leadership with deep clinical backgrounds to improve staff retention and care quality. The goal is to provide high-quality, accessible behavioral health services that improve outcomes for children while sustaining a stable, clinician-led team.
