Requirements
  • Three (3) years of related training experience
  • Ability to achieve and maintain a Secret Clearance
  • Able to work night shift
  • Associates Degree
  • Knowledge of contact center customer relationship management and telephony solutions
  • Supervisory experience in contact center operations, including planning, forecasting, quality assurance, and training.
  • Experience and ease in interfacing with all levels of management and Contact Center personnel
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and engage with people quickly to create rapport
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Responsibilities
  • The Supervisor monitors the nightly operations of the Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality, customer experience, and performance metrics are met.
  • The Supervisor provides departmental leadership and supervision of Contact Center employees.
  • The Supervisor will be responsible for the productivity, quality, and timeliness of work completed for their assigned team members.
  • The Supervisor will conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions with the individual agents on his/her assigned team.
  • Supervisors may also participate in interviewing and hiring recommendations and complete performance evaluations for members of their team.
