US Top Secret Clearance Required
- Three (3) years of related training experience
- Ability to achieve and maintain a Secret Clearance
- Able to work night shift
- Associates Degree
- Knowledge of contact center customer relationship management and telephony solutions
- Supervisory experience in contact center operations, including planning, forecasting, quality assurance, and training.
- Experience and ease in interfacing with all levels of management and Contact Center personnel
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and engage with people quickly to create rapport
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Monitors the nightly operations of the Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality, customer experience, and performance metrics are met
- Provides departmental leadership and supervision of Contact Center employees
- Responsible for the productivity, quality, and timeliness of work completed for their assigned team members
- Conducts regular coaching and feedback sessions with the individual agents on his/her assigned team
- May participate in interviewing and hiring recommendations
- Completes performance evaluations for members of their team
