Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Extensive experience in business development within the performance and programmatic advertising industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced, global organization.
  • Leadership Experience in leading teams and projects in a cross-functional environment from 0-1.
Responsibilities
  • Ideate, test, and scale go-to-market strategies for new revenue driving opportunities
  • Drive adoption of innovative ad products, enhancing the customer journey, advertiser engagement, and revenue
  • Identify potential partners, negotiate terms, and establish collaborations
  • Develop and execute strategies leveraging partnership ecosystem to recruit and onboard strategic advertising partners at scale
  • Lead brand awareness opportunities, such as co-hosted partnership events and conference speaking engagements
  • Quantify the impact from the supported partnerships and events ensuring positive ROI
  • Pioneer the partnerships tab in NewsBreak Ad Manager connecting advertisers with tooling and affiliate networks
  • Partner closely with internal product and engineering teams providing insightful feedback to influence product vision and roadmap
