  • 6+ years of corporate tech or start-up experience with a dynamic and growing company.
  • 2+ years of experience with Google calendar and Gsuite for managing calendar invites.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver the best service for employees, customers, and visitors.
  • Plan support for internal training, kickoffs, and meetings, as well as external customer meetings.
  • Lead support for business meetings (internal and external) by managing bookings, planning, and food & beverage setup.
  • Guide all facilities and workplace operations to achieve an environment that manifests and deepens company culture in our workplaces.
  • Work with the extended North American team, supporting programs within the scope of Workplace and Real Estate Operations.
  • Ensure a coverage model that supports daily meeting-related requests is completed.
  • Maintain relationships with company partners (EAs, team leaders, the executive engagement team) and partner teams (HR, IT, Finance, and property management) and external vendor services to ensure the highest quality solutions related to our corporate events.
  • Work on special projects as a part of the global REW team.
  • Help develop and document operational processes such as SOPs for meeting management.
  • Offer detailed calendaring support to ensure our employees have the conference rooms they need to be productive in the office.
