  • Ability to write reports, policies, legal documents, business correspondence, and procedural documents

  • Ability to make independent decisions, assume responsibility, and exercise good judgment
  • Report directly to the General Counsel of the company
  • Coordinate the company’s contracts review and negotiation team
  • Provide oral and written corporate/commercial legal advice and advice on transportation law matters
  • Review and negotiate a wide variety of contracts on behalf of the company
  • Provide advice on the termination or re-negotiation of existing contracts and commercial arrangements
  • Manage the company’s corporate and regulatory compliance
  • Assist with the operation and maintenance of the company’s equity awards program
  • Assist with claims, litigation, and employment matters as may be required from time to time
