We support hybrid/remote work and are open to various U.S. only locations for this role. The role will require occasional travel within the US.
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Marketplace Manager with a passion for online business, the capability to think strategically and a hands-on approach to get things done.
You will be part of a senior and diverse team that leads the development of the Retail and eTail channels across the US and will report into the Head of US Retail and eTail. The purpose of this position is to develop, implement, commercialize and maximize our marketplace strategy. This is a critical and an exciting opportunity to set strategic direction, develop new sales channels for the company and drive the implementation. It’s an end-to-end role with top-management exposure and collaboration with senior leaders.

In this role you will:
Develop, implement, commercialize & maximize Logitech’s US Marketplace Strategy
Be the expert for marketplaces across the US.
Bring and further develop an in-depth understanding of how brands can leverage marketplaces as part of their GTM strategy and how to set up a scalable operating model that seamlessly coexists with our existing channels
Develop a marketplace strategy for Logitech by brand/product category, clearly defining where-to-play choices, portfolio and operating models
Identify and lead a pilot project in the US, working closely with the selected market & customer team. Learn and scale
Lead all future marketplace operations in US, severing as a project & commercial manager and interface with the cross functional team needed to fully execute
Key Qualifications:
We are looking for the following qualifications and skills:
A quantifiable record of success across eCommerce, business development, category & account management and digital marketing.
Experience with and strong understanding of marketplaces is a must. You have either worked for a marketplace as a seller/vendor manager, for a brand/manufacturer managing their marketplace business or at an specialized agency that provides marketplace management solutions.
Strategic thinking combined with commercial acumen and the drive to get things done.
Strong collaboration skills, the capacity to build strong working relationships and to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent time management & ability to manage multiple projects
Attention to detail and ability to see the big picture
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Pro-activity and ownership

This position offers an annual OTE (on target earnings) typically between $ 116K and $ 261K, depending on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills
