Requirements
  • At least 7-10 years of related experience, specifically within insurance Healthcare
  • Proven ability to successfully manage a team
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment
  • Ability to travel within the Northeast as well as nationally
  • Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
Responsibilities
  • Support the team leader manage a book of clients in excess of $100,000 in revenue per ownership group.
  • Manage a team including an account executive and assistants.
  • Market renewal business
  • Intake and market new business
  • Ensure team conform with quality control and surplus line procedures
  • Respond to expiration, open header, commission variance reports.
  • Assist in department expanding and coordinating HUB’s production efforts in senior care risks including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, CCRC, Home Healthcare, Senior Living across HUB Northeast.
  • Familiarity with markets nationally.
