Requirements
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a content or customer-related role with at least 3 years in a SaaS B2B marketing role
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Strong marketing experience in HR enterprise software preferred
  • Exceptional project management skills with proven success in driving projects to completion
  • Experience working with customers to develop advocacy marketing materials that showcase real-world success and value across multiple channels (case studies, press releases, social media, events, etc.)
  • Experience collaborating with product, customer success, growth, and marketing teams
  • Proven ability to transform data and insights into programs for improving awareness and adoption on a global scale
  • Excellent English language/communications skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to develop long-term business relationships with customers and sales teams
  • Strong desire to win as a team combined with the ability to work independently
Responsibilities
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our customers as much enrich how we define our Ideal Customer Profile, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization and sharing insights on a regular basis
  • Expand our customer-centric, persona-based use cases by harnessing customer feedback and other data points that demonstrate the value of our solutions
  • In partnership with Customer Education (CEd) and Customer Success (CS) teams, manage strategic customer communications to ensure we are putting the customer first in all our initiatives
  • Grow and extend the customer reference program, maintaining a library of up-to-date customer case studies, and testimonials to be used by marketing, sales and CS teams
  • Partner with people ops, CEd and product managers on designing and deploying feature and capability adoption campaigns to drive usage of the Global Work Platform and meet business needs such as ensuring high CSAT and NPS scores
  • Leverage a broad and appropriate mix of marketing programs (inclusive of event marketing, direct marketing, and digital marketing) to maximize awareness, relevancy, consideration, and adoption of Velocity Global solutions within strategic accounts
  • Maintain a customer calendar to support revenue expansion opportunities, coordinating promotions and campaigns in collaboration with Customer Success and Marketing teams
