IES director sells $3.8M in shares following 157% stock surge

IES Holdings director Todd Cleveland sold 7,500 shares of common stock valued at approximately $3.8 million across two transactions between 24 February and 4 March 2026, according to SEC filings. The sales represented about 8.9% of his direct holdings at the start of the period.
