Requirements
  • Current Workday Pro Services implementer certifications in at least three of HCM, Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking.
  • At least 5 years of Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking implementation and architecture experience, including successful large-scale projects.
  • Hands-on mastery of configuration and business processes for Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules, including Scheduling.
  • Extensive experience as a lead architect on complex human resources technology projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-stakes human resources projects simultaneously while balancing priorities and delivering results.
  • Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships as a trusted advisor in the Workday ecosystem.
  • Strong leadership skills to foster collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinking combined with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Eligibility to work within the United States without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
  • Advise key stakeholders through Workday selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration.
  • Participate in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, supplier enablement, and best-practice activities.
  • Contribute to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, and operational improvement.
  • Implement performance-improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Architect comprehensive Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking solutions aligned with business objectives, scalability, flexibility, and user experience.
  • Gather and analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical specifications and design documents.
  • Lead configuration across Workday Core Human Resources, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Talent Management, and Benefits modules, including custom solutions when necessary.
  • Integrate Workday with diverse systems and applications using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder integrations, and application programming interfaces.
  • Design and execute test plans for functionality, performance, and security, lead troubleshooting, and drive resolution.
  • Provide client training and support on Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking functionality, best practices, and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Evaluate new Workday features and functionalities to enhance and optimize client solutions.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice growth.
