Requirements
  • Active Workday Pro Services Implementer certification in Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and/or Scheduling.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading Workday Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking implementations.
  • Strong attention to detail balanced with big-picture thinking, along with the ability to build client relationships and drive meaningful conversations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to foster collaboration and deliver complex concepts with clarity.
  • Ability to quickly adopt technology, solve problems creatively, and adapt approaches flexibly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple workstreams.
  • Experience with Launch and Launch Flex methodology.
  • Eligibility to work within the United States without sponsorship.
  • Experience working with North American payroll processes or implementations.
Responsibilities
  • Advise key stakeholders through Workday selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration.
  • Participate in end-to-end implementation of Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Support data conversion, system validation, and client testing activities.
  • Document configuration decisions, test scripts, and client deliverables.
  • Collaborate with project team members and client stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Support and mentor junior Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking resources.
  • Drive success in full-cycle and phase X implementation projects across the Workday HCM product suite.
  • Guide clients through selecting, transforming, implementing, and configuring Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
  • Lead legacy data conversion initiatives by scoping requirements, executing data transformations, and supporting end-user validation activities.
  • Plan and implement Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking applications by translating client needs into solutions through documentation, process mapping, and data integration.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships through communication, project updates, and strategic recommendations.
  • Address client needs and prioritize client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, and operational improvement.
  • Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
Desired Qualifications
  • Lead experience on Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking projects and the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
  • Exposure to or certifications in other Workday HCM modules.
