Requirements
  • 2-4 years of relevant asset-based finance experience at an investment bank, asset manager, or accounting firm
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Understanding and experience with rating methodologies are a plus
  • Strong personal initiative and desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to be highly productive in a fast paced, transaction-oriented department
  • Ability to learn quickly with strong attention to detail
  • An extroverted personality (outward facing role) with significant interaction with issuers, capital providers and KKR’s LPs
Responsibilities
  • Participate in the lender outreach process and evaluate financing terms
  • Assist in the term sheet negotiation and credit documentation processes
  • Assist in rating agency conversations on rated transactions
  • Project manage the lender due diligence, closing and funding processes
  • Stay informed about ABS market developments
  • Develop and maintain tracking for lender and investor conversations and market developments
  • Create pitchbooks / case studies of deals for both and internal external review
